The 2025 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) results are set to be released this Friday, March 13, 2026, at 11am at State House Nakasero.
According to the Uganda National Examinations Board (Uneb), the results will be officially released by the Minister of Education and Sports, Janet Kataaha Museveni.
A total of 166,402 candidates registered to sit the 2025 UACE examinations across the country at 2,844 examination centres.
Of these, 93,630 were male, representing 56 percent, while 77,772 were female, accounting for 44 percent of the total candidature.
The 2025 candidature represents a 14.6 percent increase from 141,996 candidates who sat the exams in 2024.
Uneb previously revealed that 25 percent of the candidates were sponsored by the government under the Universal Post O-Level Education and Training (UPOLET) programme, while the remaining 75 percent were privately sponsored.
The UACE examinations mark the final stage of Uganda’s national assessment cycle and determine eligibility for admission into universities and other tertiary institutions.
Education stakeholders, parents, and candidates across the country are eagerly awaiting the results.
